Legal Genie is the cross-border contracts practice of LJ Lok, a lawyer qualified in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and New York.

I work with businesses operating across Asia and manufacturers managing OEM/ODM relationships across borders. My focus is on the contracts that determine how cross-border business relationships actually work: MOUs, NDAs, OEM/ODM agreements, IP licensing, and the structuring decisions that shape these deals before they're signed.

Based in Taipei. Working across Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore.
